The following is a summary of the most important information about the terms of processing by GYOZA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (GYOZA SP. Z O.O.) personal data and the terms of collection of information contained in cookies, which presents, among other things, how to interpret messages on the website regarding the collection of cookies and, above all, how we process personal data and that we do so in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 96/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as RODO:

The administrator of the personal data processed via www.zajejapan.pl is the company: GYOZA SP. Z O.O with its registered office in Warsaw, 22/11 Markowska Street, 03-742 Warsaw (hereinafter: GYOZA SP. Z O.O.).

Purpose and grounds for processing personal data

Personal data are processed through the service on the basis of:
1. art. 6(1)(b) RODO, in order to perform a contract to which you are a party, or to take action at your request, prior to its conclusion,
2. article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, for the purpose of performing legal obligations owed to the controller,
3. Article 6(1)(f) RODO, when the processing is carried out due to the legitimate interest of the administrator, in particular:
a. Possible establishment, investigation or defense against your claims,
b. performance of internal analytical or statistical purposes;
c. performance of contracts concluded between the Administrator and your organization,
d. responding to correspondence, or inquiries, addressed to us by email, regular mail, through the website, or otherwise.

Disclosure of your personal data

We cooperate with entities that may receive your personal information from us, these may include:
1. entities to which we must disclose information under the law;
2. our subcontractors with whom we cooperate, who provide typical services for us, such as IT, postal, banking, debt collection or accounting services.

Duration of processing

We will keep your data only for the time necessary to do so. For this reason, we will delete your personal data after the purposes mentioned above have been fulfilled, or after the expiration of the time provided by law (e.g. the statute of limitations for claims).

Rights of personal data subjects.

In regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
access to your data, rectification of your data, obtaining a copy of your data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
You may object to data processing carried out under the legitimate interests of the controller. Personal data will cease to be processed for these purposes, unless there are compelling legitimate legal grounds that prove to override the data subject's interests, rights and freedoms. This right does not apply to personal data obtained by a legal counselor or attorney in connection with the provision of legal assistance.
The exercise of the above rights may involve the provision of information confirming the identity of the person requesting the exercise of the above rights in the processing of his personal data.
Provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to do so may result in our inability to cooperate with you, sign a contract or contact you regarding your case.

Transmission of data

GYOZA SP. Z O.O. declares that personal data will not be processed outside the EEA, nor will any automated data processing be performed on them.

The use by GYOZA SP. Z O.O. of the data contained in cookies

GYOZA SP. Z O.O. as the administrator of the lukasz@gyoza.com.pl website (hereinafter: service) does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies (so-called "cookies"), i.e. constituting IT data, in particular small text files, sent by the web server and stored on the hard disk of the final device with which you use the service.
These data are saved in order to: proper functioning of the website, its configuration, ensuring its security and reliability, monitoring the status of the session or conducting analysis, statistics, research and auditing of web page views contained in the website. On the basis of cookies it is not possible to determine the identity of the User.

System logs

The Website collects HTTP requests directed to the Website's server by analyzing access logs.
The information collected may include: the IP address of the user who visited the Website, the name of the user's station, the date and system time of the registration and visit, information about errors that occurred.
Only persons authorized to administer the company's IT system have access to the information.
System logs are used for technical purposes, related to server administration, as well as for statistical purposes. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of the user.

GYOZA SP. Z O.O. has the right to make amendments to this document, however, the current content of the Privacy Policy will each time be available on the pages of the website, to be read and accepted by the users.
